Full description of the position

We’re looking for passionate individuals to help fulfill our mission to deliver a better home-selling experience to our clients at a fair commission through our network of top real estate agents. If you like to work hard and have a lot of fun, then come help us create an amazing culture!

The Agent Advisor is a front line sales employee handling inbound and outbound calls. You will need to be confident and knowledgeable about the home selling and buying process to communicate with sellers and buyers about their goals and connect them with one of our top-rated local agents. You will serve as a direct point of contact that answers incoming calls from clients to identify their needs and cross sell additional products related to the home buying and selling process. The goal is to get selling clients to list their home and buying clients under contract with our top rated agents.

This position is Base + Commission.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound calls promptly and efficiently as outlined by the required call handling metrics
  • Outbound calls to clients requesting information on our program
  • Match and introduce clients to a top-rated real estate agent
  • Clearly and persuasively describe and sell multiple products and services to home sellers/buyers
  • Recognize sales opportunity and apply sales skills to upsell
  • Explain and position our products and services with clients
  • Manage high volume inbound and outbound calls
  • Work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously with moving parts for various clients, agents, and internal team members
  • Ask questions to understand sellers/buyers requirements and close sales
  • Prepare and update home sellers/buyers CRM profiles
  • Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with managerial team
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity goals
  • Opportunity to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and service objectives in a fast-paced call center environment

Requirements:

  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • 2+ years of high volume sales experience
  • Exceptional poise and presence on the phone
  • The ability to make and handle high volume calls
  • Ability to utilize scripts
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Excellent sales skills
  • Computer literate with the ability to learn software applications and office equipment
  • Associates Degree is a plus
  • FL Real Estate License is required
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Work day, evening, holiday, night, weekend and/or split shifts if required
