A rapidly growing Southern New Hampshire company is in search of a self-motivated and entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our team as a New Channel Sales Director. This role is perfect for a strategic salesperson who has the ability to stand up a new cosmetics division to complement our existing wholesale distribution channels. Your role will be to spearhead sales efforts in a new product category, develop and execute a wholesale and ecommerce sales strategy, and build your own team overtime. Priority will be given to applicants with existing books of business in the cosmetics industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Use your existing rolodex of partners in the cosmetics industry to aid in the procurement of new cosmetic products
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners to ensure their success and satisfaction with our services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand our reach and revenue potential
- Over time, build a cosmetics sales team and provide leadership and support to achieve company goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field desired
- An existing book of clients that fall within the cosmetics market
- Proven track record of developing and leading a sales team from the ground up
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Experience in developing go-to-market plans with partners
- Willingness to travel to industry events and to meet with clients as needed
Compensation: 80,000-100,000/year
