RESPONSIBILITIES
- Outbound lead generation through daily phone and email outreach.
- Respond to and follow up on assigned inbound leads to qualify for opportunities
- Work closely with the Loan Coordinator to cultivate the prospect into a client.
- Sustain a pipeline and move prospects through the sales process quickly and efficiently through the Loan Officer
- Maintain great relationships with prospective clients.
- Generate and confirm appointments through prospecting, building a consistent pipeline to meet sales goals
- Respond to Inside Sales leads as assigned
- Keep CRM updated on sales and relationship-building activity with prospects.
- Collaborate on sales strategies to maximize results.
- Meet and exceed individual sales activity goals.
- Participate in ongoing weekly team meetings and sales training to continue to enhance product knowledge
- Perform other duties as assigned

Skills/Abilities:
- Solid problem-solving and consultative skills required
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly self-motivated and results-oriented
- Strong presentation, organization, multitasking, and time management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- 1-2 years of inside sales experience or equivalent role
- Self-motivated, organized, enthusiastic and even-tempered
- Expertise with CRM applications such as Zoom and Salesforce
- Proven cold-calling and sales prospecting skills
- Exceptional relationship-building skills
- Excellent phone/video communication and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of sales performance metrics
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
