In business over 51 years, Cruise America is looking for qualified Reservations Sales Agents and co-owners to join our stable, Employee-Owned company. This position is working in our Head Quarters, located in Mesa, AZ. We have immediate openings, so tell us how YOU can improve our team!

SALES SUMMARY:

A Reservation Sales Agent is responsible for booking new reservations from customers worldwide and assisting customers with changes to existing reservations.

An International Reservation/Claims processing Agent is responsible for assisting Tour Operators worldwide with booking new reservations. This is primarily handled through email and an online booking system. Light to moderate claims processing may be involved.

SALES COMPENSATION & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Tiered hourly pay plan $18 - $20 per hour, plus commissions per booking. Average annual range $45K - $52K.

· Ask for the sale and book new reservations.

· Professionally assist customers making changes to existing reservations.

· Meet or exceed monthly goals as defined by Management.

· At times handle chat inquiries/bookings while simultaneously handling calls.

SALES QUALIFICATIONS:

· Two handed typing with enough accuracy/speed to maneuver keyboard while handling phone call and/or chat.

· Prior experience in asking for the sale required, including collecting payment details.

· Must be available to work varied hours, shifts and days as required.

CURRENT NEEDS SALES:

We are a 24/7 department, but currently overnight hours are not needed. Current shift times can start as early as 5am and as late as 1:30pm, and all times in-between. Typing test provided during interview process to determine ability to maneuver a keyboard efficiently; no minimum WPM required. All qualified candidates will be required to take a drug screen (screenings do not test for marijuana) and are subject to a background check.

Education and/or Experience

High School or equivalent diploma required.

Work Environment

The working conditions are normal for a call center environment.
