Position: Outside Sales Manager
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Duration: Full Time
Salary: $150,000 base per year + Revenue Bonus

As an Outside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for motivating a team of sales representatives to generate new business, guide homeowners to completion of their roofing project, and help them understand how to make a lot of money!! Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the performance of all sales and account follow-through within an assigned region
• Partner with internal resources to recruit, train and retain an effective sales team
• Responsible for ensuring the proper sales process is being followed
• Responsible for ensuring all steps in the account management process is being followed
• Responsible for motivating, celebrating, and holding their team accountable

Qualifications & Skills:

• Comfort with working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated; ability to work independently but in a team environment
• 5 years of management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
