Requirements
Successful candidate must have or need to obtain State licenses such as the Property & Casualty License and Life, Accident & Health License. This opportunity extends to those who are not yet licensed, and will be given tools to obtain both licenses. Other requirements for this position are as follows but not required:

• Quickly obtain Property & Casualty and Life, Accident & Health licenses.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bilingual (Preferred): Armenian, Arabic and Spanish
• Develop leads, schedule appointments.
• Attend district meetings to learn.
• Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet agency goals.
• Desire to continually learn and apply new products and services.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and commitment skills.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Ability to multi-task.
• College degree preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to pass a financial and criminal background application.
