SEEKING TO FILL 3 LEVELS OF SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST ROLES: We are expanding our company and hiring for a senior sales support specialist, a mid-level sales support specialist, and an entry level sales support specialist. Salary varies by position and is dependent on your experience. These are permanent full-time positions.

Experience: The ideal sales support specialist is experienced in a fast-paced, multi-tasking role, has excellent communication skills both by phone and email, brings excellent and accurate data-entry skills, is flexible with change and capable of multi-tasking with ability to quickly re-focus, for this very driven sales support role. Ability to create lasting positive relationships with your fellow employees as well as our clients. Professional yet casual in a beautiful office on 35E off of Medical District with a fast growing, very stable small company. We have a very team/family feel here but we've been growing steadily for 17 years. We are hiring for a senior sales support specialist, a mid-level sales support specialist, and an entry level sales support specialist.

Responsibilities: Provide excellent support for your assigned sales reps, deal directly with their clients in processing orders, providing updates, and managing their projects (via your computer and extension) from the order placement through the final delivery.

Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal skills. Excellent data entry skills. Ability to multi-task and refocus in busy role. Bilingual is a plus. Experience with flooring or construction is a big plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
