The focus of the Sales representative is making connections with people, motivating and inspiring them to achieve results. Poise and an engaging, empathetic communication style based on natural warmth and enthusiasm is the key to achieving the goals of this role.

A sincere appreciation for people and how they are each uniquely motivated is the foundation for designing and implementing interactive communication and decision-making processes. Knowledge and skill in how to successfully influence and persuade others by understanding how their individual needs and motivations link to goals is essential.

The job has variety of tasks and is dynamic and changing. Because goals and desired results can quickly change, the job requires regularly meeting and pro-actively establishing relationships with new groups.

The requirements for the job include:

• 2-3 years demonstrated sales success.
• Hybrid Remote-Travel
• Long Term Relationship building.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, plan, set goals and meet deadlines.
• Must be able to learn products, specifications, and markets quickly.
• Excellent communication skills in written format, one-on-one meetings and group presentations.
• Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Must be comfortable cold calling with proven success.
• Must have a reliable and clean car and a good driving record.
• Base salary of 60 - 65k plus commission

• Base Salary plus commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
