Role Summary
Mr. Smith is looking for a talented Account Manager to maintain current salon accounts and drive new business. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment and will feel comfortable with salon sales through product education sell in and sell through strategies.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain strong relationships with salon owners and beauty industry professionals
• Shape a strong pipeline of new business
• Present professional in-salon presentations and classes
• Consult salons on product sell through
• Ability to drive territory growth to meet target goals
• Work closely with Regional Managers and other Sales Consultants

Skills Required

• Outside sales and salon industry experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to prospect and close new business
• Competitive and collaborative
• Proficient in Google Suites
• Ability to research and problem solve
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Must have a computer, printer and cell phone
