About us

Albany FireWolves is a proud member the National Lacrosse League (NLL) team, playing out of MVP Arena in Albany in the winter of 2022-23. This professional Box Lacrosse team offers opportunities to current college level students looking to gain real world Ticket Sales, Service & Operational experience and position themselves for a career in the Sports Industry upon graduation. Our emphasis is to provide practical experience, significant challenges, varying daily operational requirements and opportunity for creativity, resourcefulness, and excellence.

• Responsible for generating ticket revenue through cold calls, face-to-face appointments, arena tours, prospecting, and networking
• Responsible for meeting a minimum number of phone call and touch point activities per day as determined by management
• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals
• Prospect and cultivate new sales leads through creative lead generation approaches
• Create new business opportunities through up-selling & referrals from existing clients & prospects
• Effectively follow up with prospects & clients to meet excellent customer service requirements
• Cordially and effectively handle incoming calls from prospective clients for all ticket sales needs
• Ensure customer data and profile information is accurate and detailed in CRM system
• Attend & work community events, representing the team to network and build sales pipeline • Assist with game day responsibilities of the sales department
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
