Are you tech savvy with Apple Computers? Do you enjoy assisting customers with troubleshooting technical problems on their Apple Devices? We have a great opportunity for driven individual looking to take the next step in their career. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Answering incoming calls and working with customers to answer product questions, troubleshoot technical difficulties, or help to track an order.
• Directs calls to the appropriate team member based on specialized needs.
• Provides recommendations on products and services based on customer needs.
• Manages after sales services such as returns, technical support, warranty, repairs etc.
• Generates leads, schedules follow up calls, and provides quotes to prospective clients.

In order to perform this job successfully, you will need:

• 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical environment
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Advanced understand of Apple Products, with the ability to trouble shoot technical problems.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Friendly demeanor, positive mindset, and a can-do attitude.
