Seacoast Yachts is looking for a motivated sales agent for our Santa Barbara harbor location. We are searching for an honest and trustworthy sales associate who puts the needs and goals of their clients first. This person is not only committed to their role as an independent sales agent, but who will play a part in bringing Seacoast to heightened prestige in the modern yacht sales industry.

Who You Are:

• A Passionate Boater: You have either worked on a yacht as a crew member, have experience in the marine industry and/or have a passion for boating & harbor life.
• A High Performer: You know how to follow a lead, entice a client, close a sale, and guarantee satisfaction.
• A Devoted Team Player: Your team matters to you. You enjoy supporting each other during work hours, learning from one another and continuing to build your boating knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Ideal candidates have previously worked on a yacht or in the yacht industry.
• Comfortable with technology including the ability to upload/download documents and photos, internet searches, Google Calendar, Zoom meetings, etc.
• Experience with consultative sales approach and motivated by commission-based pay
• Expert in client relationship building
• Ability to resolve problems independently in a timely manner
• Photography skills a plus, and bonus points if you're a drone pilot

Compensation: Commission
