Representative positions available.
Sales Professionals who are consistently looking to better themselves and enjoy helping people get what
they want will excel in this role. You would be handed qualified, company-provided, scheduled
appointments every day to engage. Expect to find yourself in some of the nicest homes throughout
Southern California, working with people interested in investing BIG in their home. And expect to have
fun while easily making over $150k per year.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Understand door and window product details and options to efficiently build custom projects
for your client.
2. Set personal monthly and yearly sales and income goals and hold yourself accountable to meet
and exceed those goals.
3. Vigorously and diligently work company-provided leads to accurately develop what the client
wants while maintaining profitable jobs and satisfied customers.
4. Self-generate additional leads through referrals, networking or other viable means whenever
possible.
5. Maintain well organized sales presentation materials, photos and samples.
6. Communicate with the installation department and company management as needed to ensure
smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
7. Follow through on all jobs from start to finish, assisting customers when necessary.
8. Turn in clear, legible and accurate agreements and addendums, as well as photographs and
pricing in a timely manner.
9. Constantly work to refine and improve selling skills and consistently meet or exceed set sales
goals.
10. Be courteous, neat, clean and professional at all times while representing the business.
11. Attend company meetings and seminars as required.
12. Comply with any other duties or responsibilities deemed necessary by management.
RESULTS EXPECTED:
1. Achieve annual personal sales plan.
2. Sell clean, profitable jobs that meet the customers and company expectations.
3. Represent the company at all times with the utmost degree of professionalism.
4. Be a cooperative team player.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Demonstrated ability to sell
3. Acceptable DMV record
4. Pass any required background and/or reference checks
5. Pass any pre-employment physicals and drug and alcohol screening examinations.
6. Physical ability to daily lift and carry items weighing up to 50lbs, occasionally climb ladders, and
occasionally walk on uneven surfaces.
7. Speak, write and communicate in English.
