The Senior Account Executive of Key Art is responsible for fostering and helping grow MOCEAN in the areas of key art, digital and product art by managing campaigns, building client relationships and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be well versed in independently managing a full print, product art and digital campaign from creative concepting and development to finishing and final deliveries.

MOCEAN offers our clients full 360 capabilities. The Senior Account Executive will collaborate with other divisions to provide a streamline and consistent voice in these 360 campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the life cycle of a campaign from budgeting and scheduling to working with the creative leads on hitting project milestones, overseeing final deliveries and ensuring quality control
  • Remain in regular contact with clients to understand and meet their needs
  • Manage sketch artists, copywriters, finishers and outside freelancers on respective projects
  • Schedule all internal project kick offs and regroups to keep project on track
  • Generate and maintain project Cost-to-Date reports to ensure projects are on budget
  • Stay on top of project assets and templates
  • Work closely with the Accounts Team in allocating internal resources and scheduling out projects
  • Work with Production to ensure timely final deliveries
  • Responsible for all Billing related to the campaign and submitting third party invoices
  • Participate in routine Sales and Billing Meetings
  • Drive organic growth through pre-existing relationships and seek new sales opportunities through networking and turning them into long term client relationships

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of related work experience in Entertainment Marketing. Preference with Print and Key Art background.
  • Has an established client/account base in the Entertainment Industry
  • Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS), and ability to learn required business systems.
  • Versed in Google Slides, Google Docs and FLOAT are a plus

Compensation + Benefits

Salary range: $110,000 - $130,000 - This role may also qualify for annual incentives. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including applicant’s qualifications, years of relevant experience and geographic location. Total compensation package will also include other elements, including paid time off, subsidized health insurance (medical, dental, vision) and 401(k) participation plus company match.
