First Rate Staffing is expanding in Phoenix. With our best year yet in the books, we are adding another location to take Phoenix to the top of our sales team. We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join us! You will oversee the opening of the new branch, assist in hiring your support recruiters, and then off to the races to add new business!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily sales operations
• Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
• Establish sales goals and metrics
• Interact with your clients to insure they are getting what they need
• Resolve escalated customer complaints
• Create a positive and fun work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM platforms or related software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

• Phoenix, AZ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Business development: 2 years (Preferred)
• Sales in staffing: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
