Full description of the position

As an Insurance Sales Agent, you duties will include:

• Assist customers with their insurance needs through exciting life events.
• Ensure the customers have the right level of coverage while identifying and resolving customer conflicts.
• Work independently and with mentoring/coaching.
• Be organized and driven to meet individual and team goals.
• Maintain marketing programs.

Qualifications:

• Strong Attention to detail with time management skills.
• Insurance experience preferred but will train the right person.
• Computer skills, grammar and multi-tasking skills.
• High school (Bachelor degree preferred)
• Property & Casualty license (Currently have or the ability to obtain one)
• Life and Health license (Currently have or the ability to obtain one)
• Criminal background check (Required)
• Genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, coachable and resourceful.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
