While this is a remote role, you must live within driving distance of the Atlanta office for occasional meetings.
The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for building close relationships with senior-level client contacts, keeping projects on budget and schedule, and pivoting daily between account and project management tasks that require charm and organization.
In this role you will:
- Assume the day-to-day ownership of individual projects and workflow
- Drive assigned projects and engagements from start to finish
- Assist with resource planning and forecasting
- Collaborate closely with all team members across each discipline to determine a plan for each project
- Manage scope of work (including budget forecasting and burn reports)
- Develop and manage project timelines and determine how to deliver against each client agreement
- Understand deliverables and services and takes accountability for the quality and out of the work
- Proactively identifies and problem-solves with internal team members and clients
- Responsible for scheduling and leading all external and internal calls for the accounts
- Own and maintain client-facing status documents to show the progress on all deliverables
- Demonstrate a high degree of client engagement and interaction around current projects and future marketing initiatives
- Develops long-term marketing roadmaps as appropriate
- Actively seeks opportunities for growth within each account
- Is a good steward of the client’s budget and the internal team’s time spent on the scope of work, ensuring projects are tracking to, or under, estimated time/budget
To be successful in this role you will:

- Possess a strong competency in written and verbal communication and confidence in leading meetings
- Have a firm understanding of Yalo’s product offerings and capabilities
- Contribute insight, feedback, and probing questions during internal meetings
- Maintain a healthy ‘storm the beach’ attitude, paired with a sense of humor
