Summary: Azuma Foods Holdings has expanded its global corporate mission and established a subsidiary in Peru to prosper the global trade between group companies and growth in the Central/South America market. The personnel pursue and executes the assignments for achieving the goals with their skills and knowledge, especially for the Central/South America market and the subsidiary in Peru. The responsibilities for this position include sales, marketing, project assignments, and the Peru subsidiary.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Understand the company direction and the business plan.
• Account executive for export sales, Central/South America for US Plant – Area 71, and sales representative for Peru Plant – Area 72.
• To plan and execute its sales activity includes annually 20% to 30% interstate/international business trips and joint ride sales to final users.
• Forecast sales plan and achieve their personal and team goals.
• Ensure internal sales paperwork and documentation such as shipping documents, sales orders, invoices, POP, and POS are processed.
• Visit potential clients to open new accounts.
• Overseer the preparation of sales samples for clients and vendors
• Will handle product specifications and participate in recipes and R&D.
• Must learn international trade, export/import regulations, and the company shipping process.
• Must learn Azuma Foods’ processing and packaging process and come up with suggestions for improvement.
• Must learn product safety and sanitation process, participate, and follow up on product registration process.
• Will handle SQF program and document controls.
• Will participate in weekly and monthly closing meetings. C and create reports and presentations for these meetings.
• Will create Peru projects and export sales budget control.
• Identify ways to improve production efficiency.
• Will relocate to Peru after initial company training is complete
• Additional duties of as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 3 years of sales experience in the food industry. Global trade experience preferred.
• Microsoft office. ERP system preferred.
• Excellent effective communication and presentation skills.
• Speaking and writing in Spanish and English, Japanese preferred.
• Driver’s license.
• High school diploma.
