Now Hiring - Lee Hecht Harrison LLC - Sales Support Administrator in San Diego, CA

LHH has partnered with a growing software company in Downtown San Diego, and they are seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join the team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a team, and having autonomy to complete tasks, this may be the role for you! This is a Direct Hire opportunity, and the pay rate will be between $26 - $30, per hour

Responsibilities include:

• Partnering with account managers to support with administrative tasks and projects
• Maintaining customer database (CRM) by reviewing and accurately entering new information
• Preparing quotes and documents needed to initiate workflow
• Monitoring licenses, tracking expirations, and completing upgrades and renewals
• Preparing documents for account managers and entering purchase orders
• Reviewing data and creating reports within Excel to develop sales forecasts
• Working with account managers to provide additional client support
• Communicating with clients via phone and email
• Coordinating with sales and marketing on how to appropriately follow up on inquiries
• Providing back-up support to receptionist and assisting with office organization
• Assisting with reporting and other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience working with CRM systems
• Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred
• Two years of administrative or high-level customer service experience
• Strong technical skills and confidence working within Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Onsite
Downtown San Diego

Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours
Monday-Friday
8:00am-5:00pm or 7:30am-4:30pm

Pay:
$26 - $30 per hour, depending on experience
