A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OUTSIDE PLUMBING SALES REP
As an Outside Plumbing Sales Rep, each day you follow through with the agreed-upon schedule and communicate sold jobs with technicians. You also report to dispatch when you are in-route and the expected duration of your visit, and report when you're finished to ensure efficient scheduling. For a smooth transition from one potential opportunity to the next your relationship with dispatch is important. By activating your troubleshooting skills and top-of-the-line video equipment you perform basic jobs and diagnose system problems or product failures. Once you have detected an issue, you communicate that and solutions to the client. You use our Client Care Confirmation call process on agreements $5000.00 or greater.
You can calculate the cost of repairs by using our pricing guide. Due to your strong communication skills, the client understands the full detail of the contracted work needed. Since you care about each client, you feel comfortable discussing our Home Protection Plan to ensure the best service possible is given. You arrange the systems and safety evaluations with clients and the assigned technicians and keep the client up-to-date every step of the way, to avoid any surprises.
Although selling is enjoyable, you know you must participate in scheduled company meetings to stay up to date on the company's latest product offerings and standards. You communicate with the Sales Manager about any potential return visits and options regarding system and safety evaluation findings. In the end, you enjoy working with a team that exceeds company goals and provides ultimate customer satisfaction!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferred experience as a Plumber, salesman, and/or in construction
• Valid in-home sales California state licensure
• A good driving record
• Presentation skills, communication ability, and mechanical aptitude
• Client service industry experience
