We are looking for a highly motivated candidate that must be outgoing, enthusiastic, energetic, very organized, and have great attention to detail. This is an entry to mid-level position. - Increase visibility through open communication with multiple company segments, each market, and support the Executive Vice President, Director of Marketing, Project Managers/Sales Team Members, and other staff as needed
- Develop and maintain healthy working relationships with co-workers, existing customers, and potential clients
- Strong collaborative marketing with the Sales Team to promote company growth
- Prepare monthly business development plans and attend monthly meetings with Marketing Director to discuss marketing plans, tasks, progress, various initiatives, and ideas critical to the success and growth of the company, and maintain motivation and teamwork
- Help maintain content on company website to ensure it remains current, as needed
- Be current with social media trends and help manage company social media pages, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media outlets.
- Ensure proper procedures are followed when publishing content
- Compose articles that promote the company in a positive manner and help provide content for and prepare the quarterly company newsletter
- Attend industry events company-wide
- Review valuable sponsorship opportunities
- Give presentations at company sponsored events as well as client offices
- Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe suite
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers through ongoing communication, office/job site visits, business lunches and office lunches
- Maximize relationships by attending networking events/meetings
- Participate in industry trade shows
- Practice excellent planning and organizational skills, including time management
- Maintain confidential information
- Provide support necessary to maintain and illustrate a positive company image
- Maintain our Sales Driver Dashboard and CRM Database
- Assist with Internal marketing campaigns with direction from the Director of Marketing
