Fives Group is hiring for a Director of Sales for the Toledo, OH area. This is a full-time direct hire position. This can also be a remote position with frequent travel to the Toledo area in addition to other offices. We are searching for someone who can lead a team of roughly 10 sales professionals, drive new business development, and implement sales strategies for the organization.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement sales plans and goals for the sales staff.

· Lead new business development initiatives while also focusing on organic growth with existing customers. Although we want to drive new business, we also want to maximize our existing business.

· Negotiate contracts with customers that are favorable and profitable.

· Manage, mentor, and develop sales staff. This person will have a team of varying skill/experience level.

· Assist with ongoing training of sales staff.

· Lead sales meetings and collaborations.

· Conduct market research in order to understand industry trends and make adjustments to strategies as needed.

· Leverage networks by establishing strong partnerships.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

· 8+ years of sales experience along with 5+ years of sales management.

· Experienced in leading and growing sales staff and increasing revenue.

· Proven track record for negotiating long-term and strategic partnerships.

· Strong communication and presentation skills are a must.

· Experienced with sales/CRM software such as Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.

· Prior experience in industries such as marketing, consumer products/good, promotional products, etc. is helpful but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
