• Strategy development to optimize product position and performance
• Develop and execute account plans for accounts with specific tactics to drive sales performance within the account and achieve access for products on system protocols
• Achieves sales goals within territory ethically and by required regulations
• Actively builds and maintains relationships with prescribers throughout territory
• Conducts strong levels of call and field productivity

Preferred Qualifications (*preferred*- not mandatory)

• 1+ years of sales experience within Hospital, Pharmaceutical, or Biotech
• BS or BA required
• Demonstrated and Documented success
• Strong negotiation/influencing skills
• Valid driver's License
