About the Position:
Off The Wall Advertising is seeking an experienced marketing consultant to drive strategic sales in the Sioux Falls Market.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sell value and ROI to business decision makers.

- Develop in depth knowledge of our entire product suite, including out of home media, digital outdoor, websites and social media then effectively sell to clients through initial phone conversations, face-to-face meetings, and product demonstrations

- Align client’s strategic objectives with a variety of marketing solutions

- Build & maintain strong client relationships to pave the way for additional future sales

-Effectively prospect and develop new client base
- Manage and upsell existing clients

Required Skills and Experience:
- 2-3 years overall sales/marketing experience, including significant time spent in the field
- Prior mid-market experience with strong desire to sell and compete in this space
- Consistent over-quota performance– We want quota killers!
- Highest level of professional courtesy, mutual respect, and ethics
- High standard of excellence, professionalism, and role model behavior
- Interaction with executives across multiple industries
- Strong board level communication and presentation skills
- Adaptability – Ability to change objectives quickly when necessary in ever-evolving, fast paced industry and organization
