Essential Duties
· Sales order entry and manage sales order process to completion of sales.
· Confirming orders have correct prices, discounts, delivery dates, and order minimums.
· Communicate with customers about expected delivery dates and coordinate with shipping & receiving to make sure orders are timely and correct.
· Supporting Accounting with managing paperwork and at times entering lot codes and invoicing
· Manage day to day office functioning
· Including but not limited to answering phones, providing customer service for vendors and potential employees, maintaining office supplies and organization.
· Manage Sample requests of manufactured goods and well as R&D products, including packing, shipping and communication with customers.
· Provide Vendor and Customer Service by acting as the Liaison between departments to provide the customers with information needed while providing exceptional customer experiences.
· Travel and Event Planning for sales meetings and tradeshows.
· Support Sales Team
· Organizing and Submitting promotional plans for retailers and distributors
· Maintaining and update supplier, sales, and customer record,
· building and organizing marketing & sales collateral.
· Oversee new item packaging design process from start to finish.
Required Skills and Abilities
Strong Organizational Skills
Excels with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Self-starter and resourcefulness who is willing to be a team player and jump in where needed.
Strong research and analytical skills
Strong writing ability –interest in the food culture and sustainable food movement
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Bilingual- Spanish a plus
Computer literacy.
Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
Microsoft Office Knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong research and analytical skills
Strong writing ability –interest in the food culture and sustainable food movement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
