SALES – Account Executive for top Art Media Company in the US

Full-Time Position

A well-established, award-winning art media and publishing company located in Old Town Scottsdale is expanding and is now seeking a full-time Account Executive with a proven track record in sales for print and digital media advertising sales to add to our team.

We are searching for a dynamic and experienced ad sales professional who can seek out lucrative sales opportunities that exist nationwide. Our unique magazines offer outstanding opportunities for an outgoing individual, who is highly organized, with a positive attitude and a thorough knowledge of proven sales methods, including database prospecting.

Our art publications are industry leaders in each genre and include American Art Collector, International Artist, Western Art Collector, Native American Artist Magazine, and American Art Collector. We are the essential marketing tools for upscale art galleries, auction houses and museums in America. Because of our unique concepts, our magazines are effective and easy to sell into for the right person. Your success will earn you an outstanding commission and you will become a known presence in the art world.

Requirements:

· 4-year degree in a relevant study – or equivalent experience.

· Must be fully competent with MS Office Suite (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

· Experience with Magazine Manager is a plus.

· An interest in art is desirable.

· Graphic art experience a bonus but not necessary.

· Print and Digital media sales experience.

· A self-motivated individual with proven advertising sales experience.

· Essential to have a professional and a sincere telephone manner and an accommodating approach.

· National sales experience, via the phone and email, to upscale qualified prospects (artists and galleries, etc.).

· Previous proven track record in sales working from home REQUIRED.

· Most sales will be achieved on the phone rather than during in person sales meetings.

· Must be a team player willing to cooperate in perusing all the opportunities that these magazines have to offer.

· Flexibility and ability to succeed in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Compensation/Benefits:
Full benefits offered after successful completion of 90-day entry period.

You will work from home with meetings in our Old Town Scottsdale, Arizona, during a two-week training period.

You will receive a base salary plus escalating commission. Average earnings($60-$100k)

Top Performers($150k plus)

This is an in office position that will transition to a home/in office flexible life work balance.

You will be required to attend two sales meetings per week with our team of high energy Account Executives.
