State Upgrades is a home improvement company that specializes in residential home improvements, mainly windows and roofs. We are a modern, forward-thinking sales organization that is growing to meet demand.

We are looking for a highly experienced entrepreneur who has been looking to showcase their skillset inside of a high-performing company.

We are looking for top performers that have extensive experience in sales (home improvement sales is preferred). You will be required to learn our sales process efficiently and be able to adapt to new processes and technology frequently.

This is a fast-paced and highly demanding position, with incredible earning potential and an opportunity to be a part of an amazing company that will undoubtedly achieve greatness.

Requirements:

• Personal vehicle
• Perfect English (Bilingual is a plus)
• Hard Worker/Fast Learner
• Flexible Schedule

This is a full time and full commitment job. You will be receiving in field and in-home training and driving to scheduled appointments across various cities in South Florida. Our main area of work is everything between Palm Beach County and Miami-Dade County.

This is a results & performance based position.
