Cannabis producer/processor is looking to hire an experienced and well-connected Sales Representative for south Seattle/Puget Sound area and the Olympic Peninsula. Applicants must have at least 3 years of producer/processor sales experience in the Washington State market. This is not an entry level position, and we are not looking to train somebody. Retail cannabis experience alone is not qualification for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Management of sales and vendor relations for your accounts

· Promote company values both internally and externally

· Comply with all company policies and procedures

· Comply with all laws and regulations of the State, municipalities, and WSLCB

· Professionally represent the company and serve as main liaison for assigned retail stores

· Provide updates and reports on all activities, whether good or bad, that affect the company and your customers

· Maintain strong, long-lasting customer/vendor relationships inside the I-502 industry

· Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping up-to-date with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors

· Understand the competitive landscape and market trends

· Grow your accounts by volume and by account

· Expand sales of all brands

· Option to generate additional commissions through CBD sales

· Operate with integrity and honesty

· Perform any other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum 3 years of experience in I-502 processor sales

· Ability to travel one to two days a week

· Must have reliable transportation

· Work vendor days for your accounts

· Track and manage reporting for expenses

· Trustworthiness

· Work with a sense of urgency

· Work well with others

· Reliable attendance

· Consistent product output

· Positive do-anything attitude

· Team player

· Great communicator

· Must be 21+

· Background check will be run pre-hire, if we determine you are otherwise qualified for the position

· Must be able to work in a highly regulated industry and follow its rules

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $125,000.00 per year
