Feast on This Culinary & Event Production is searching for a passionate and dedicated Wedding Catering Sales Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will serve as the heartbeat of our company; driving revenue growth, generating new business opportunities both over the phone & face-to-face while also developing meaningful relationships with current and prospective clients. As our ideal candidate, you will provide excellent customer service throughout every step in their wedding journey - from initial contact through completion of their event. Through your passion for people, you will help spread the magic of our company mission to our valued prospects and solidify those relationships.

As the Wedding Catering Sales Manager, you’ll receive a salary with goal structured bonus plan; PTO; paid holidays; medical, dental, and 401(k).

Our Wedding Catering Sales Managers have:

• a passion for weddings, events and HOSPITALITY!
• tremendous interpersonal skills (Verbal/Written/Presentation)
• experience prospecting new accounts and nurture existing clients
• strong organizational and time management skills
• the ability to meet and exceed sales revenue monthly goals
• knowledge of off-site catering, event planning, vendor management, on-site logistics, and event execution
• skills to be graceful under pressure- timelines are imperative to our success
• the ability to relate to a diverse set of team members and clients
• an understanding of financial statements and revenue reports
• the ability to work a variety of shifts
• a college degree or current affiliation with an accredited academic institution
• 2 years of Catering/Sales/Hospitality experience
• strong computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Previous experience using Total Party Planner is a bonus.

**Pay: $65,000 salaried with incentivized bonus potential.
