Commercial Account Executive - Healthcare & Senior Living

CertaPro is a leader in the Commercial and Residential painting industry. We are a national organization of professional painting contractors specializing in beautifying homes and buildings - interiors, exteriors, commercial, & residential. We are currently looking for the ideal team player who is interested in a challenging opportunity to join our team as a Commercial Account Executive. The Account Executive’s primary responsibility is to develop new business in the healthcare and senior living industries.

Our ideal candidate has experience in identifying opportunities with prospects and new clients and building those into long-term profitable relationships. He or she must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong writing skills, and have a service mentality. A college degree and industry knowledge are preferred. Fluent English speaking and writing skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensures an extraordinary experience for CertaPro customers
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
  • Facilitates lunch and learns and other client introductory events
  • Maintain strong communication with clients before and after projects
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Ensure timely delivery of responses and proposals
  • Qualifies inbound opportunities with new clients
  • Assumes responsibility for priority management of daily tasks and responsibilities
  • Develops a deep understanding of all roles on the Commercial team that will affect the Client Buying Journey
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify new opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advanced education degree, coursework, or tech school a plus
  • Healthcare and Senior Living industry experience required
  • Facilities management experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Quality conscious and detail-oriented
  • Strong computer and internet skills
  • Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
