Revive Med Spa, the premier Medical Spa in San Diego, is now hiring! Our Medical Spa has 3 locations and is the #1 provider of Botox, Juvéderm and Latisse in the nation.
The Inside Sales/Jr. Consultant position will be located at our corporate office and will be working with our Marketing Director and Client Loyalty Manager to reach out to online leads and to schedule appointments via phone, email, and text. They will also answer any inquiries and reach out to clients with our current sales & promotions. This position is perfect for someone who is motivated, friendly, energetic, sales oriented, and enjoys working in customer service while also interested in the analytical side to make processes better. Excellent writing and communication required.
Duties:
- Reaching out to potential new clients to schedule appointments and inform them about the services they are interested in
- Utilize our leads management program to respond and track leads and bookings
- Monitor and make changes to the lead lifecycle to ensure best leads process is followed
- Check leads pages to ensure all leads are being contacted
- Deliver accurate information regarding all of the services Revive provides
- Utilize Google Sheets to track numbers and provide reports
- Staying on top of all promos and offers
- Scheduling appointments, taking messages, and directing calls on multi-line phones
- Answering incoming leads for select services
- Lead data entry and follow up
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports and assessments for the Marketing Director
- Following up with clients that purchased and making sure all clients are on track with appointments and happy with their treatment outcomes
- Assist in the sales process by working as a liaison between our Aesthetic Consultants and clients
Skills & Experience:
- Can work well under pressure and is great at multi-tasking.
- Strong sales skills via phone so clients are encouraged to book or purchase
- Upbeat and responds well to feedback
- Strong problem-solving skills and organizational skills
- Great attention to detail
- Highly organized
- CRM software knowledge preferred
- Analytical with a desire to improve processes
- Interest in Beauty/Aesthetics is a plus
- Google sheets/Excel experience preferred
- One weekend day availability highly desired
Hourly + Bonuses
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $18 per hour – dependent on experience
