As an Aesthetic Sales Consultant you will earn a combination of guaranteed base pay and uncapped bonus opportunity that is based of hitting personal sales goals and overall studio-level performance. First year earnings of $70,000-90,000 are expected and an attainable six-figures thereafter. If you are passionate with a drive to succeed, your earning potential is limitless!
In this Role:
The Aesthetic Sales Consultant (Advisor) is the primary sales driver of the Chapter team. This position is responsible for providing new and existing patients with expert consultations by delivering comprehensive aesthetic treatment plans with in-studio treatment and product solutions. Before starting in-studio, the Aesthetic Sales Consultant will go through our unique six-week Chapter Aesthetics training program that encompasses Chapter’s OUR FACE culture, product and service training, and our Chapter Sales System method. Additionally, this person is supported in an ongoing manner with on-the-job training by the team and a dedicated Field Sales Trainer. Key components of this position include delighting patients with exceptional customer service; demonstrating a strong track record of membership conversion and retention through promotion and value; having up-to-date knowledge about Chapter products and services; and confidently educating patients on the benefits of Chapter products and services
What will you do as an Aesthetic Sales Consultant?
- Educates patients on customized solutions through comprehensive treatment plans including facial and body treatments and home care, product-based regimens
- Utilizes financing options (Ally), membership advocacy (The Circle), and proven results via digital complexion analysis to create a loyal client base
- Promotes services and brand through sales and marketing techniques to drive new patients including but not limited to referral program, social media, and community events
- Consistently meets and/or exceeds individual key performance metrics (i.e., sales, retail, rebook, retention goals)
- Educates all non-members as to benefits of The Circle, our Chapter membership program, and consistently reinforces benefit of membership to current members
- Develops long-term relationships with guests to ensure guest receives the best, most comprehensive care from Chapter
- Conducts direct phone calls and email reach outs to guests with retention opportunities with the goal of scheduling them for in-studio appointments
- Maintains accurate and timely written and photo documentation for each patient interaction
- Assists in scheduling appointments, checking-in and checking-out patients, and responding to new patient leads via email, text, or phone
- Represents Chapter Purpose and Values in all circumstances
What will you bring as an Aesthetic Sales Consultant?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of two (2) years aesthetic, consultative sales experience with proven track record
- Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
- Demonstrated strong sales skills including active listening, effective presenting, and handling objections
- Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, computer systems, and record-keeping
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
