Duties/Desired Skills

1. Opening and closing

2. Buying and negotiating the purchase of vehicles along with data entry

3. Hire, train, and develop a team

4. Ensure everyone is following the sales process so that all customers receive consistent treatment when doing business.

5. Carry out team meetings

6. Set sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed those quotas

7. Strong customer service orientation and a high level of professional integrity

8. General knowledge of automotive parts/identification wanted but not required

9. Solid communication and interpersonal skills

10. Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service

11. Attention to detail and problem solving capabilities
