JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Financial sales experience selling loan products to small businesses
- Industry experience: Consultative selling experience to restaurants, retailers manufacturing, and Doctors/Dentists is preferred
- Strong Networking Skills: Selling experience to a network of referral partners to our referral program.
- Prospecting, hunter mentality
- Consultative selling skills – ability to assess client needs and create financial solution
- Strong planning, organization, communication, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Strong ethical principles
- Must be an aggressive self-motivated individual
- Desire to guide your own career
- Excellent time-management and phone skills to evaluate facts and recommend appropriate solutions to the client
- Tech-savvy
- Proficient using Salesforce.com and LinkedIn
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Account Executive serves as an outside sales representative to obtain new loans. The Account Executive facilitates all aspects of the sales process to include identifying new opportunities; consultative selling approach, developing financial sales solutions; closing sales opportunities; providing outstanding customer service to our clients and follow-up.
- Additional responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Understands the company's vision and mission.
- Accomplishes individual budget goals set by the company.
- Qualifies merchants based on requirements from underwriting as well as qualifying sales opportunities by understanding the client’s needs.
- Identifies new sales opportunities with new prospect clients and referral partners.
- Communicates value proposition to customers, proposes loan solutions to customers and reevaluate solutions where necessary.
- Close sales opportunities by obtaining loan packages to submit to underwriting.
- Provides pre and post sales satisfaction facilitating long term relationships for repeat business with customers.
- Creates networking groups and builds a comprehensive referral network.
