Y&L Consulting is looking to hire an Business Development Specialist, to drive Mid-Market revenue in our SPS DGTL division. We are looking for a B2B SaaS experienced individual that has a track record of successfully self-managing pipeline from lead to close.

Within this position, you will have the opportunity to connect, engage and grow our business and clients while having the responsibility to manage the complete sales cycle process. This includes prospecting, initial sales calls, evaluation, software demos, proving ROI and closing the sale; but don’t worry if you need support our team is here for you.

We are looking for sellers with a proven track record of success that can be demonstrated with verifiable attainment of revenue targets and compensated related objectives. Our AE’s will have tremendous upward growth opportunities within Y&L.

What You’ll Do

  • Discover customer needs and requirements through research and source new leads in our target markets.
  • Engage in direct sales highlighting the case for change and the opportunity to use DGTLsuite’s platform. The direct sales process will include finding quality leads and customer needs, solution recommendation, pricing, negotiation, and contract signing.
  • Perform high volume cold outreach (calling, emailing, social).
  • Manage a diverse pipeline of outbound prospected and inbound general qualified leads.
  • Cultivate relationships with prospects as a strategic advisor through the entire sales process.
  • Deliver compelling demos that match the strategic needs of potential customers.
  • Close deals & get paid.
  • Have plenty of support. While you’ll be an individual contributor, we sell as a team!

Please note that you won't be entering a cookie-cutter sales role so you will have a great deal of autonomy and flexibility, but also a great deal of responsibility. You'll be a critical part of the team from day one, weighing in on company decisions and ideation.

What You’ll Bring

· 2-5 years SMB or Mid-Market SaaS selling experience

· Experience with digital or CX based solution offerings

· Experience selling to IT, Marketing, and/or Customer Experience leaders

· An entrepreneurial mind and spirit. We are a startup, and you will be expected to think strategically about how to grow the business

· Enthusiastic, positive, highly energetic

Compensation

This role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) is $125,000.00 USD annually. OTE is the sum of a fixed base salary plus incentives at target performance. Incentive compensation will vary based on performance. The minimum amount earned is the fixed base salary based on experience.

OTE is only one element of an employee's total compensation at DGTLsuite. Employees are able to enroll in DGTLsuite’s company’s 401k plan as well as our health and dental plans.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
