Allied Business Solutions is seeking a professional leader with a proven track record in strategic sales management. This is a rare opportunity to join a business technology company that has an ambitious plan and is already profitable and growing.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage Regional Sales Managers and Production Print.
· Develop a sales team across our multi-state locations.
· Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and training of all sales team members.
· Mentor and assist the sales team for growth.
· Manage budgets, forecasts, and profit and loss.
· Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities.
· Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement.
· Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting.
· Build and form new partnerships with potential clients.
· Coordinate efforts with marketing for campaigns, promotions and events/sponsorships.
· Uphold and demonstrate our company’s Core Values with accountability.
· Attract and maintain high caliber employees.
· Outlining quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals.
You are a great fit if the following apply:
· Have led some function(s) of Sales at the Director level – ideally in a fast-paced B2B company or similar.
· Establish and drive an effective balance between growth aspirations and affordability in budgeting/forecasting process.
· Have a proactive and collaborative approach, you love working with people and people love working with you.
· Sense of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality about employee and business issues.
· Strong data entry skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
· Ability to work independently and within a transformational team environment.
Qualifications:
· 5-8 years minimum of office equipment industry experience.
· Experience managing a sales team.
· Strong leadership qualities.
· Willing and able to work a 40–50-hour minimum work week.
· Pass background and drug screening test.
· Possess a current driver’s license and maintain company driving standards.
· Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
· 20% travel expected in Idaho and Utah.
· Excellent communication skills to facilitate discussions with all internal departments in a diplomatic and constructive manner and to support customer relations.
· Positive, friendly, and supportive attitude.
· Highly motivated, self-directed and results driven.
· Sound judgement and ability to remain calm under pressure.
· Strong organization and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Boise, ID 83704: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Willingness to travel:
- 25% (Preferred)
