POSITION SUMMARY
We are at a point of rapid growth and looking to expand our investment in our most important asset, our people. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who has the passion to drive revenue and increase the Actriv brand value. If you are an experienced Salesperson with post-acute healthcare experience, this opportunity may be for you.
Your ultimate area of responsibility will be to secure new contracts and support the existing customers in the assigned region as required in complement with other departments. You will embody the core values of Customer Obsession, Transparency, Passion, and Thinking Big, and will embed, support, and reinforce these values throughout the organization.
We are looking to fill positions in all of our of our offices and across the US.
ON ANY GIVEN DAY, YOU COULD BE DOING THESE THINGS
- Establish and maintain relationships with hospital, SNF, acute rehabs, LTC and senior living communities to identify staffing needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians, social workers, administrators, directors of nursing, and sales and marketing representatives at nursing homes, rehab facilities, hospitals, public health agencies, and the Senior Living Communities in the respective market and surrounding areas.
- Develop strategies to drive prospective facilities engagement, and coordinate with Recruiting and Marketing to canvas for new contracts.
- Working with the operation departments, conduct an effective kickoff of new contracts, internal and external.
- Increase community awareness of the Actriv brand through researching and participating in outside events, trade shows, professional groups, and local community involvement.
- Use personal and professional network, company contact lists, and other sources for business development.
- Stay abreast of competitors, trends, market leading indicators, and legislative issues in the assigned territory.
- Leverage company’s CRM to document, monitor, analyze and manage pipeline and sales activity against assigned quarterly targets.
- Expand presence to new markets beyond current footprint.
- Learn about your community while selling benefits of using Actriv while matching your neighbors with the customized services that best fit their needs.
- Create weekly reports for management to show pipeline, daily activity and progress reports.
- Other scope of work as defined by management.
- Goal: Create a minimum of 2-3 new accounts weekly and build pipelines for future business
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: Knowledge
- Bachelors degree
- 5 years of experience in a sales role
- 2 years of experience in the post-acute Healthcare industry
- Strong vendor management and maximum CRM utilization
- Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information
- Extreme proficiency in MS Office tools, including Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Team
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, a satisfactory driving record, and use of a reliable personal vehicle
