We are currently recruiting for a staffing sales representative who will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will also include working cross functionally with other departments to align sales efforts and accurate submissions of sales contracts.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics. A strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills are also highly valued qualities to be successful.
Responsibilities:

• Generating leads including cold calling.
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Helping to determine pricing for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
• Understanding and promoting company programs.
• Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
• Maintaining client records.
• Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
• Creating a Sourcing Strategy, which sets the entire process up for success.
• Identifying and engaging with the market, often gauging and generating interest in the opportunity.
• Contacting potential candidates via social media, email, and/or phone calls.
• Engaging with the team to drive efficiency and a great candidate experience.
• Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships

Requirements / Qualifications

• Must have 1-5 years of experience in temporary staffing and sales.
• Must have successful past client relationships.
• Must have good knowledge in staffing industry.
• Extensive knowledge in LinkedIn, Outlook, Excel, and Social Media Outlets.

Pay:

• $20 - $23 per hour

Plus Monthly Bonus
