We are aggressively expanding our business within the greater Seattle market and are seeking a driven, self-motivated and successful sales professional with a background in the industry and a successful track record to join the team.

You will be...

• Utilizing existing relationships with Property Managers within the greater Seattle market to expand GDI's presence in the market.
• Acquiring new janitorial contracts for High-Rise, Multi-tenant Commercial Office Properties, Medical Office Properties, Life Sciences, Manufacturing and other potential business structures.
• Utilizing existing personal network to Identify new business leads in the target Market.
• Evaluating and implement appropriate new sales techniques to increase the region's market share.
• Creating of electronic documents for proposals, and financials.
• Developing extensive sales forecasting.
• Providing input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.

What we are looking for…

• 3 – 5 + years in downtown Seattle Facilities Services Sales/Janitorial Sales experience is required.
• Janitorial and/or facilities maintenance sales experience.
• Transferable business relationships required.
• Strong knowledge of Seattle and surrounding suburb areas which typically hold real estate/commercial office market.
• Previous Sales experience in direct sales targeting Downtown Seattle Property Managers, Facility Managers and Building Owners.
• Required strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage internal/external customer base.
• Process planning, organizing, and analytical skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft office - Excel; Word; PowerPoint
