FORWARD is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join our fast-growing company. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Inbound and Expansion, but will work cross-functionally to support the entire Growth Team. The Sales Operations Manager must be a flexible and adaptable team player, as well as have strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the Inbound and Expansion proposal process (by ensuring opportunities are entered into Salesforce and/or RFPIO tracking software and creating/organizing opportunity folders)
- Coordinate and manage the contract review process, and enter all fully executed contracts into Salesforce
- Ensure new opportunities, leads, and contacts are entered and tracked correctly in Salesforce
- Track and manage insurance requirements, state business registration, and compliance needs for states FORWARD works in.
- Manage Operations Team handoff meetings for newly closed opportunities
- Manage the Onboarding process for new partners, subcontractors, and vendors
- Support planning and coordination of customer site visits and team offsite meetings
- Support the Senior Director, Growth with any special projects, as needed
- Support other business processes as our team and growth opportunities expand
- Manage Salesforce Administrator
Qualifications
- A deep interest in learning and growing as the team grows and roles evolve
- Relevant sales operations and management experience, or similar management experience in a sales or business development position
- Experience with Saleforce
- Highly organized and able to manage and track multiple details
- Process, Solution, and Results-oriented
- Ability to prioritize, organize and respond to different Growth Team leaders’ needs
- Adaptable - able to react quickly to changing business needs and dynamic growth
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills, and ability to communicate across multiple team leaders
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Eager to be part of a collaborative team that puts a premium on assuming the best intentions and giving one another grace
- Experience working with government agencies and/or non-profit organizations is desirable.
- Familiarity with Google Workplace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
