Outstanding opportunity for a Senior Employee Benefits Producer to join a market disrupting team in one of the fastest growing Insurance companies in the United States.

The National Employee Benefits practice at World Insurance Associates seeks an experienced and proven Employee Benefits producer to join the team based in Miami, Florida. The role comes with a significant benefits book of business and presents an incredible opportunity for the right person to start with a ceded book and get paid 40% on net growth. Candidates are expected to be technically competent in self-funding, program design & analytics, as well as have a proven track record of new business development. The role will report directly to Chief Growth Officer.
