Roles and Responsibilities

Focus will be to meet the needs of our walk-in clients, existing and new. We serve the commercial, industrial, contractor base and residential markets from the counter: either in Manchester, NH or Somersworth, NH.

• Will-Call orders
• Diagnostics of electric motors and pumps
• Listen to understand the needs of the client
• Offer the full list of Services and Products on our line card
• Be focused and on task
• Know your audience and ask for support, be present through the resolve of the clients' needs.
• Communicate with Management and the Internal Team
• Support warehouse and receiving dept. when needed as time permits

Qualifications and Education Requirements

High School Diploma, 1-years of Customer Service experience, proficient both in written and verbal skills, Professional Presence.

Preferred Skills

Ability to multi-task, detailed oriented, ability to follow/take direction, independent thinker, knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.

ADDITIONAL NOTES: YOU ARE REPRESENTING THE AAA PUMP SERVICE/FAY ELECTRIC MOTORS BRAND EACH AND EVERY DAY.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
