Full description of the position

Sales and leasing of office, industrial and investment properties. Small team environment to learn from the group. Working closely with the president of the company as a mentor in a role that is comprised mostly of lead generation, making cold calls, networking, follow up and closing new business in the form of listings and tenant requirements.

Hours are 8AM to 5:30 PM five days a week (no nights or weekends).

This is an entry level career path position in which the first two to three years lay the foundation for a long-term book of business. President of the company with whom employee would be working most closely has 21 years of experience and the other four brokers in the office have worked for Greater Boston Commercial Properties for the entirety of their commercial real estate careers, which are 11 years, 6 years, 3 years and 2 years. The team’s diversity of experience in co-workers on the team is helpful for new agents learning from the team. The key to the position is an individual that is self-motivated to aggressively generate new business through prospecting.

Pay- $4,000 per month Draw, otherwise straight commission
