Call Center/Customer Care Representative

We are one of the largest online websites specializing in high end luxury watches. Our company is seeking Customer Service-Focused Call Center Associates (with previous customer service experience, minimum 3 years) to quickly train into a customer care role. We are searching for someone with great interpersonal skills, and an intuitive, dynamic personality to become a part of our team and help grow our company.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries
• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
• Provide information about products and services
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain knowledge base of products and services
• Data entry
• Occasional overtime as needed
• Extended holiday season hours
• Regular hours: M-F 9-6 in office and 1 Saturday per month (approx. 4-5 hours computer work) from home
• No cold calling
• On site only, no remote work option
• Expected to quickly and efficiently learn job functions/call center operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, minimum 3 years
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field.
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to type a minimum of 40 wpm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
