Signarama Job Description
Signarama-Vancouver is currently looking for a Client Account Specialist (CAS) / Reception who will provide great customer service, serving as the first point of contact for all incoming phone and walk-in clients. As our CAS you must be a team player who will learn to assess customer signage needs and utilize developed knowledge to suggest solutions and create quotes. This position also involves in-house marketing and Sales via phone, as well as project management.
Compensation: $16-20 Per Hour Depending on Experience- Hours: Full Time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. No weekend work!

Responsibilities
Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm- Ability to work individually and as part of a team with a high level of integrity and work ethic.
- Answer incoming and outgoing phone calls daily
- Prepares work to be processed by gathering, sorting, organizing, and recording data, information, and documents.
- Responds efficiently to all walk-in customers and telephone inquiries to determine sign needs, provide recommendations, and obtain measurements of photos for quoting.
- Works closely with the production team to ensure orders are accurate and move through production accordingly in a timely matter.
- Maintains a good working relationship with vendors to obtain quotes and the best pricing.
- Makes calls to generate new business, maintains and updates lists of prospective customers and referrals.
- Makes calls to direct mail recipients, existing customers and new business listings. Demonstrates ability to convert prospects, close deals and achieve sales goals.
- Supports executive staff and sales staff when requested to handle paperwork and generate POS accounting reports as requested.
- Obtains referrals, enters all information into the POS/Accounting system, and provides follow up with referrals in a systematic/organized fashion.
- Cross trains in other areas of the store to maintain a fully functional staff at all times.
- Customer deliveries and site surveys as necessary
- Maintains an organized, clean, and professional store appearance at all times
Qualifications
High school diploma required- Valid driver's license
- Previous sales and/or telemarketing experience a plus
- Computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite
- Fluent English speaking and writing skills
- Basic mathematics skills
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Spelling, grammar, punctuation competencies.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills and abilities
- Outstanding phone skills
- Prompt, reliable, and responsible
- Able to operate a computer for long periods of time
