Job Title: Sales Administrator
The Sales Administrator will be the first line of communication between customers and Cosmetic Solutions LLC. They will be the key support staff for all sales orders and sales representative sales support.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Customer Service
- Interact with customers to provide information regarding product inquiries, product requests, and concerns regarding shipping or product issues.
- Directly support customers by telephone and/or email
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, comments, and complaints. Record all of these actions in NetSuite
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments under the direction of the Customer Service and Support Manager
- Interact with Sales Representatives and support their activities by placing sales orders, quotes, invoices, configuring of new orders, and sample orders
- Various Other Administrative Tasks
- Performs any other duties or tasks that may be required of you by the company
- Promotes and demonstrates behavior consistent with the company’s core values and policies
Experience
- 2-5 years’ customer service experience working with and interacting with outside customers
- Working with and interacting with sales representatives a plus
- Working knowledge of CRM system (salesforce, NetSuite, Sugar, etc.)
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and or projects at once
- Ability to work cross functionally with all departments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and outlook
