Classic Car Racing Enthusiast – eCommerce Sales Expert Wanted

The Penta Companies are expanding their E-Commerce division and needs a Classic Car Racing Digital Sales Specialist to sell and manage auto part products on multiple platforms.

The Auto Parts eCommerce Sales Specialist’ time will be spent managing E-Commerce product listings, listing inventory, and fulfilling orders in a timely manner.

This position will be responsible for managing day to day activities, optimizing product visibility, researching new opportunities, and growing revenue through multiple commerce marketplaces. The market will range from the high-performance classic automotive industry to electronic components for cars.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

-Management of all aspects related to creating, managing, and optimizing parts listings for vehicles and parts.

-Assist with customer orders, returns, and support

-Photograph, price, and write an accurate and concise description of each item that will be posted for the various sales channels

-Create and manage online marketing channels

-Identify and manage inventory on eBay and other online marketplaces

-Coordinate orders according to profitability, customer needs and inventory each day with the shipping department and operations.

-Complete special sales related projects as designated for e-commerce activity

-Meet or exceed pre-established daily sales goals

-Career growth opportunities available in managerial position for sales and marketing e-commerce activity

Qualifications:

- Knowledge and sales experience in high performance, racing vintage / classic automotive parts and applications a MUST.

2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, eCommerce, and posting, listing, and managing online activity

-Experience with sales on digital platforms such as eBay, BaT, Hagerty, Hemmings

--Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Ability to write effective descriptions of vehicles

-Detail-oriented, multi-tasker, capable of handling various projects at once, experience with project management/collaboration tools is required.
