Full description of the position

As an Ace Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing legendary customer service by offering helpful solutions to customers' home improvement needs. This includes maintaining stock, driving sales, building sales skills and product knowledge. Our training program ensures our new employees become proficient at performing all store services such as mixing paint, and cutting glass, pipe, and keys.

Qualifications

• Helpful & friendly customer service skills
• Must be available to work early mornings and weekends
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous retail and/or hardware experience a plus but will train the right candidates

For the added responsibilities of the receiving position, we are looking for someone with good attention to detail, basic math skills, can lift up to 100 lbs and stand for long periods of time, and can work independently.
