Responsibilities:As a Snap-on Sales Solutioneer you will:
- Provide exceptional service and solutioneering capabilities to assigned customers by leveraging strong planning and organizational skills
- Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and leverage the broad range of Snap-on product offerings to develop solutions unique to their situation
- Build and enhance relationship with key business partners
- Present solutions to decision makers at all levels of the organization
- Prepare and deliver presentations on topics including current product knowledge and application, safety and ergonomics, and operational effectiveness
- Analyze all accounts and develop appropriate sales strategies
- Penetrate existing accounts to expand service and market share
- Execute strategies to acquire new customers in order to grow market share
- Maintain Company customer contact database & leverage system for quoting, ordering and responding to customer inquiries
- Plan sales activity on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis
- Manage inventory levels within established parameters
- Manage Accounts Receivables in accordance with established Company guidelines
- Manage and conserve Company expenses where applicable
- Prepare requisite reporting including call reports, board reports, trip reports, expense reports, customer call documentation, etc.
- Review customer activities at least quarterly with sales management and strategize ways to maximize sales volume and grow territory
Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree preferred- Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably serving an Industrial customer base
- Demonstrated success achieving established sales goals while growing the assigned territory
- Impeccable personal presentation with excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to create & eliver effective presentations to all levels in an organization
- Strong organizational and sales skills with a keen sense of urgency and awareness to customer requirements
- Technical aptitude and critical thinking capabilities in order to assist customers with specific application requirements
- Knowledge of Snap-on products, services & programs is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite products including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Must hold all required credentials including a valid drivers license, and maintain an impeccable driving record

Associate is Constantly required to:
- talk and/or hear, stand, walk, sit, use hands to manipulate/inspect objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands/arms
Associate will Regularly be required to:
- Remaining in a stationary position, often standing/sitting for prolonged periods
- Work safely in home office or at customer sites using good ergonomics and manual dexterity
- Will need to demonstrate hand and power tools and occasionally some equipment products
- Participate in light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds which may include carrying sales material and demonstration products to/at customer locations
- Medium work that includes moving objects up to 50 pounds
Associate may Occasionally be required to:
- Move, lift, or carry catalogs or other products over 20 and up to 50 pounds
- Ascending or descending stairs, ramps, ladders, etc.
- Encounter different environments at customer sites
- Ride in an airplane to visit customers or attend meetings (Frequency of air travel will vary based upon customer locations and size of territory)
Lifting of items over 50 pound should only be done with assistance
