JR. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE:

At Jushi Holdings Inc.”) (CSE: JUSH) (OTCQX: JUSHF), we are shaping the future of the cannabis industry, the fastest growing jobs sector in the U.S. The Jr. Business Associate will gain exposure to all facets of the acquisition and investment process and will play a key role in supporting the evaluation, diligence and execution of acquisition opportunities and strategic growth initiatives. Working in small deal teams in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, the Jr. Business Associate will have the opportunity to work closely with senior management and key decision makers on some of Jushi’s most critical corporate initiatives. The Jr. Business Associate will report directly to senior management with decades of experience successfully allocating capital at top hedge funds and private equity firms. The role will be located in Boca Raton, FL.

Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, Jushi is a vertically integrated, multi-state cannabis company that develops and operates high-end retail locations, premium brands, state-of-the-art cultivation, processing, manufacturing facilities, along with a cutting-edge online platform that is setting a new standard for a sophisticated, data-driven, modern cannabis experience.

Since its founding in 2018, Jushi has grown from just a handful of people with an idea to more than 1500 employees strong. The Company has scaled its operations in seven states, including Pennsylvania, Virginia, Massachusetts, Illinois, California, Nevada, and Ohio, and has been named one of the top five cannabis companies to work forby Cannabis Business Times.

The Company operates more than two dozen retail locations across the country under the retail brand, BEYOND / HELLO™ as well as under the recently acquired brand, Nature’s Remedy. The Company provides an unparalleled in-store experience, coupled with online reservations and in-store express pickup.

Each day, Jushi team members continue to grow, cultivate, process and manufacture a comprehensive suite of cannabis brands under the names: The Bank, The Lab, Tasteology, Nira + Medicinalsand Sèche, which are addressing a wide variety of consumer and patient needs across multiple states.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Evaluating and analyzing new acquisition and growth opportunities
• Performing detailed financial modeling and analysis
• Supporting due diligence processes
• Synthesizing results of quantitative and qualitative research and analysis into implications, key trends and/or recommendations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support operational and financial analysis
• Presenting and developing content for communication to management and executive team throughout all stages of evaluation

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 3-5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development or related
• Work experience and academic coursework should provide a strong background in finance, accounting, financial statement analysis and business strategy
• Financial modeling and Excel skills should be well developed
• Presentation and writing ability are essential in synthesizing information and presenting key findings, conclusions and recommendations.
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timelines
• Strong work ethic and self-starter

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
